This includes, in the case of rent for example, also the procedures with the local and fiscal authorities.

Comprehensive service – at no additional cost

Our fees are generally reasonably priced – and will not become due until the conclusion of a contract regarding a property. After an agreement has been reached, a commission according to the general practice in Vienna becomes due (as a rule 3% of the purchase price or 2 gross monthly rents, plus VAT). That commission covers the agent’s complete service – even in cases in which our service also implies intermediation services of external agents.
